El Comercio.- Al cierre de junio, la producción de cobre en el país –el principal producto de exportación– se recuperó significativamente a niveles prepandemia, pues registró una variación intermensual de 40,8%, según reportó el Ministerio de Energía y Minas (Minem).
El Comercio.- Los precios del cobre cayeron hoy por la disipación de los temores a interrupciones de abastecimiento en la mina chilena Escondida, aunque la preocupación por los suministros de la fundición Vedanta en India y la debilidad del dólar ofrecían cierto respaldo al mercado.
